Hin und zur\u00fcck ca. 4,5 km. Querfeldein durch die Macchia, kein Durchkommen. Zerkratzt bin ich nach 4 km Herumirrens 1,5 Std. sp\u00e4ter wieder zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Genial kochen auf 1,5 Platten:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Wildreis mit Champignons, H\u00e4hnchenbrustfilets mit Sahneso\u00dfe und gr\u00fcnem Pfeffer.
